Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Orlando follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very disappointing experience. Took in my car for a wheel alignment first time I was allowed to drive away my steering wheel was left crooked to the left & car was hugging to the right. I came back manger took a ride with me & agreed. They serviced my car again & the manger walked me to the computer showing me a template with all green saying it was good. My steering wheel was corrected but now when I drive away car was hugging the left lane without touching the steering wheel at all. I came to this shop because I believe in supporting local businesses & not paying triple the amount for a name brand store. I came back a 2nd time & politely asked for a refund of $90.53. We all work hard for our money & I even asked the manager to take a ride with me again so he can see I wasn’t lying. I showed him a video proof of the concern as well, and his response was “I worked on your car 3 times took me to much time computer is green I can’t give you a refund.” And in a room full of customers he told me he was too busy to deal with me & walked away. I wish this wasn’t my experience but unfortunately it was. I wish this company the best of luck but I wish they would’ve took care of this situa

I am extremely disappointed with the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced at this establishment today. I came in for one simple service — to have the driver-side rear tire plugged. What should have been a straightforward interaction quickly turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Upon arriving, I pulled into the service area and noticed that unlike previous visits, no employee approached my vehicle. I slowly pulled forward until an employee, whom I believe was Haitian, approached my car. I clearly explained that I needed the rear tire on the driver side plugged. Instead of addressing the issue I specifically came in for, the employees began looking over every other tire and inspecting the vehicle as a whole, completely ignoring the tire I had already pointed out multiple times. I again clarified that I only needed the rear driver-side tire plugged. Another employee — a man of what appeared to be Arab or Pakistani descent — instructed me to pull the vehicle forward. As I followed their directions and pulled up, I instinctively rolled my window up because I assumed the conversation was over and that I would soon exit the vehicle and wait in the lobby
